Olaf Faaland f43615d0cc Revert Fix vdev_probe() call wrt SCL_STATE_ALL 
This reverts commit cc9c6bc, which has been causing intermittent
test failures on buildbot.  A correct fix for this locking issue
has been applied in a separate patch.

ZFS is an advanced file system and volume manager which was originally developed for Solaris and is now maintained by the Illumos community.

ZFS on Linux, which is also known as ZoL, is currently feature complete. It includes fully functional and stable SPA, DMU, ZVOL, and ZPL layers. And it's native!
