This field is used only by illumos mdb. On other platforms it only increases the struct size from 32 to 40 bytes. For struct vdev_queue including 13 instances of avl_tree_t size means active cache lines. Keep the padding in user-space for now to not break the ABI. OpenZFS is an advanced file system and volume manager which was originally developed for Solaris and is now maintained by the OpenZFS community. This repository contains the code for running OpenZFS on Linux and FreeBSD.

Supported Kernels
- The
METAfile contains the officially recognized supported Linux kernel versions. - Supported FreeBSD versions are any supported branches and releases starting from 12.2-RELEASE.
