When the taskq implementation was originally written I wrapped all the API functions in #define's. This was done as a preventative measure to ensure that a taskq symbol never conflicted with an existing kernel symbol. However, in practice the taskq symbols never conflicted. The only major conflicts occured with the kmem cache API. Since this added layer of obfuscation never bought us anything for the taskq's I'm removing it.
