Chris Dunlop 791dc876eb Allow 64-bit timestamps to be set on 64-bit kernels
ZFS and 64-bit linux are perfectly capable of dealing with 64-bit
timestamps, but ZFS deliberately prevents setting them.  Adjust
the SPL such that TIMESPEC_OVERFLOW will not always assume 32-bit
values and instead use the correct values for your kernel build.
This effectively allows 64-bit timestamps on 64-bit systems.

The Solaris Porting Layer (SPL) is a Linux kernel module which provides many of the Solaris kernel APIs. This shim layer makes it possible to run Solaris kernel code in the Linux kernel with relatively minimal modification. This can be particularly useful when you want to track upstream Solaris development closely and dont want the overhead of maintaining a large patch which converts Solaris primitives to Linux primitives.

To build packages for your distribution:

$ ./configure
$ make pkg
