behlendo bf9f3bac95 * : Add autogen.sh products. 
* configure.ac : Use AC_CONFIG_AUX_DIR to put autoconf products
in ./auotconf.

* autogen.sh : Use --copy to avoid symlinks, remove error
redirection, run aclocal before libtoolize.
