Rob Norris	64afc4e66e	Linux 6.8 compat: make test functions static The kernel is now being compiled with -Wmissing-prototypes. Most of our test stub functions had no prototype, and failed to compile. Since they don't need to be visible anywhere else, just make them all static. Linux 6.3 compat: idmapped mount API changes

Linux kernel 6.3 changed a bunch of APIs to use the dedicated idmap 
type for mounts (struct mnt_idmap), we need to detect these changes 
and make zfs work with the new APIs.
