Trim new line from zfs_vdev_scheduler
Add a helper function to trim the tailing new line. While we're here use this new hook to immediately apply the new scheduler. Reviewed-by: Giuseppe Di Natale <dinatale2@llnl.gov> Signed-off-by: Brian Behlendorf <behlendorf1@llnl.gov> Closes #3356 Closes #6573
