FreeBSD: Fix bootstrapping tools under Linux/musl
musl libc has deprecated LFS64 aliases, so bootstrapping FreeBSD tools under musl distros has been failing with stat64 errors. Apply the aliases under non-glibc Linux to fix this problem.
