ZTS: Use ECKSUM instead of EBADE in libzfs test
Linux defines ECKSUM as EBADE, FreeBSD defines it as EINTEGRITY. Test for ECKSUM instead of EBADE so we don't have to define EBADE for this test on FreeBSD.
