Linux 2.6.36 compat, wrap RLIM64_INFINITY
As of linux-2.6.36 RLIM64_INFINITY is defined in linux/resource.h. This is handled by conditionally defining RLIM64_INFINITY in the SPL only when the kernel does not provide it.
