Remove CTL_UNNUMBERED sysctl interface
Support for the CTL_UNNUMBERED sysctl interface was removed in Linux 2.6.19. There is no longer any reason to maintain this compatibility code. There also issue any reason to keep around the CTL_NAME macro and helpers so they have been retired. Signed-off-by: Brian Behlendorf <behlendorf1@llnl.gov>
