Linux 5.18 compat: bio_alloc()
As for the Linux 5.18 kernel bio_alloc() expects a block_device struct as an argument. This removes the need for the bio_set_dev() compatibility code for 5.18 and newer kernels. Reviewed-by: Tony Hutter <hutter2@llnl.gov> Signed-off-by: Brian Behlendorf <behlendorf1@llnl.gov> Closes #13515
