Update documentation of l2arc_mfuonly 

with regard to evicted_l2_eligibile_mru. Even if l2arc_mfuonly is
enabled, this is not reflected in evicted_l2_eligible_mru as this
information is useful for deciding whether to toggle l2arc_mfuonly
depending on the current workload.
