libzfs_sendrecv: zfs_send: remove unused pipefd and tid variables

fixup of 196bee4

On gcc (GCC) 9.2.1 20190827 (Red Hat 9.2.1-1), the code removed
caused `-Wmaybe-uninitialized` errors.
