libzfs_sendrecv: Style pass on dump_filesystem

* Add high level comments.
* Eliminate unnecessarily void arg.
* Avoid unnecessary line wrapping.
* Initialize sdd fields with the correct types.
* Remove extra whitespace.
* Refactor replication checks for clarity.
