one-word manpage correction: snapshot->rollback ()

This commit fixes what is probably a copy-paste mistake. The
`dracut.zfs` manpage claims that the `bootfs.rollback` option executes
`zfs snapshot -Rf`. `zfs snapshot` does not have a `-R` option. `zfs
rollback` does.
